What will happen if I arrive late to the workshop?

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.

What should I do if the workshop is canceled?

If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.

I bought my tickets but I can’t attend the workshop. What should I do?

If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected] or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are not able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.

What’s the Difference Between Special Classes, Immersions, and Workshops?

Special Classes:
Duration: Typically 2 hours or more.
Format: Weekly, with a longer format to allow for in-depth exploration of topics.
Pricing: Higher than regular classes, and class cards are not accepted.
Purpose: To provide a deeper understanding of specific subjects.

Immersions:
Duration: Multi-day events, often spanning a weekend or several days.
Format: Intensive, with multiple sessions each day.
Pricing: Higher due to the extended duration and depth of content.
Purpose: To offer a comprehensive dive into a particular theme or practice, allowing for significant personal and skill development.

Workshops:
Duration: Usually a few hours to a full day.
Format: Single sessions, often standalone.
Pricing: Varies, generally more than regular classes but less than immersions.
Purpose: To provide focused learning on a specific topic or skill, often with hands-on activities and interactive components.
