Why do a Juice Cleanse?

Our 3-day juice cleanse packages give your body a chance to heal. Through our common state of constant digestion, a large amount of energy is expended to break down the external matter into nutrients for the body. It’s such a quit place with really good energy. Have a lot of good foods and juice bar. They have so so many yoga classes everyday hard to choose. Also have great workshops and courses. You can do healing sessions or detox. Don’t forget there massage and sauna options, also very relaxing.

I joined the 7 day detox retreat and really glad I did it. The program is much more than drinking juices! We have daily health talks, daily yoga classes, access to selected special events (we got 2 hour breath work and sound healing work shop by guest teachers which blowed my mind), water temple outing, and awesome treatments at yoga barn well-being centre just to name a few. Our coach Oksana is amazing. Besides having super cool experiences for sharing, she’s very knowledgeable in her field of expertise and very real.
