FAR-INFRARED sauna

The Far-Infrared Sauna does not heat the air inside the sauna, instead, it warms the body from the inside out, using Far-Infrared Rays. The rays deeply penetrate the skin and dissolve harmful environmental toxins deep within the fat cells of the body. Raising the core temperature in the body causes sweating and a rise in heart rate and metabolism while the body works to cool itself down – resulting in calories being burnt and detoxing.

How long does a typical treatment session last?

Treatments range from 30-90 minutes.

What is the payment procedure?

Payment can be settled prior to the start of the treatment.

Are there any health conditions or concerns that might restrict someone from participating in certain treatments?

Most treatments are suitable for all people, with a few exceptions.

If you’re pregnant, please inform our team prior to booking and they will recommend suitable treatments for you.

Additionally, there are contraindications for some of the treatments.
Please notify our team before booking if you have any of the following conditions:
Inflammation, fever, heart disease, skin infections, allergies, gastritis, high blood pressure, chronic cold or arthritis of the spine.

What is your terms & conditions on wellness/refresh treatment bookings?
  1. Full payment is required for all Holistic Healing bookings.
  2. Packages must be paid in full and are valid for 30 days. Package appointments are non-transferrable.
  3. Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
  4. All prices are quoted in local currency: Indonesian Rupiah (IDR)
What is your cancellation policy?

If you MISS, CANCEL or RESCHEDULE your session
Less than 48 hours before your appointment time -> you are not entitled to a refund

If you CANCEL/ RESCHEDULE your session
More than 48 hours before your appointment time -> you will not be charged any fees. You can reschedule by getting in touch with us at WhatsApp +62 811-3888-126 or email [email protected]

If you have purchased a session package
You will skip steps 2 and 3 from the above. Our team will be able to verify that you have remaining sessions on your package and online payment will not be required, you will directly receive a confirmation for your booking
