Roxiva, also known as a hypnagogic light machine or audio-visual brainwave entrainment (BWE), is a light and sound therapy device that uses white strobe lights and sound sessions to help users achieve relaxed or inspired states of mind. While most people have positive experiences and mild side effects that quickly go away, there are some precautions to take:

Caffiene, alcohol and other substances: Avoid combining Roxiva with caffiene, alcohol or recreational substances.

Pregnancy: Do not use Roxiva if you are pregnant.

Epilepsy: The flashing strobe lights could set off a seizure, please refrain from using this technology if you are epileptic.

Short-term effects: For a short time after a session, you may feel a little distant or different, similar to a mini-trance.
