The Tea Gong with tea ritual, palo santo purification, and essential oils is a sacred and spiritual event that combines various elements to create a deeply meaningful experience. It begins with a tea ritual, where participants are served a cup of Chinese tea.
During the Gong sound journey, the gong’s powerful and all-encompassing sounds create a meditative state that helps release stress, tension, and stuck energy in the body and mind. The vibrations generated by the gong penetrate deeply into the cells and tissues, facilitating relaxation, balance, and the flow of natural healing energies.

Anna has been practicing many forms of Holistic Healing for over 20 years. She is a Certified Yoga Teacher, Body Therapist, Musically Trained Sound Healing Practitioner, Breathwork Facilitator, Certified Astrologer and Facilitator of Integrated Kundalini Awakening (IKA).
Anna offers shamanic ceremonies, groups, private sessions and education. Her global mission is to change people’s understanding of their relationship with themselves and the world around them, to enable them to create a life based on their fundamental needs for joy and freedom.

If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.
If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected] or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are not able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
