An Embodied Journey into Flow State, Healing, and Inner Freedom

Enter the living waters of your body through a two-hour immersion of movement, sound, and somatic awakening.
Rivers of Vitality is an embodied journey designed to unlock the sacred intelligence of your fascia as the living matrix that carries breath, emotion, and life force through your form.

Through the dynamic expression of Vinyasa Flow, the deep listening of Somatic Movement, the yielding surrender of Yin, and the resonant frequencies of Dub and Ceremonial Sound, we awaken the currents of vitality that have always been flowing within.

This is not simply a practice of poses and forms.
It is a return to the deep river of sensation, where healing is not efforted, but allowed; where movement is not performed, but received from within.

You will be guided to:

  • Awaken the fluid matrix of fascia, amplifying resilience, mobility, and emotional freedom.

  • Enter flow state naturally, through rhythmic breath, organic movement, and inner listening.

  • Dissolve patterns of stagnation and tension, reconnecting to the intuitive intelligence of your soma.

  • Receive sound frequencies that harmonize your nervous system and expand your vibrational field.

  • Rest in yin postures that nourish and replenish your cellular waters.

As you move, as you listen, as you soften—
you will remember that vitality is your natural state.
That freedom is already pulsing through your being.
That your body holds the map back to wholeness.

This is your invitation to step into the river of your own life.
To awaken, to flow, to rise.

Welcome to Rivers of Vitality.

In 2021, during a period of global introspection Markandeya delved deeper into his love for the subtleties of space and distance in music. With his release Vision Dubs, and popular re-release version on Earthly Measures with Ecuadorian artist Joaquín Cornejo, he invited listeners into an intimate world of delay and reverb-drenched fullness, further exploring hypnotic minimalism and inner reflection.

Markandeya is set to release the highly anticipated Dub Potential LP in 2025 featuring all star collaborations with Alex Serra, Horace Andy and more.

With over 20+ of immersive experience in Somatic Awareness, Body-Mind Centering, embodiment practices, and therapeutic sound, Carlos guides students to explore the inner universe of sensation and stillness. His training spans diverse yoga lineages—Hatha, Vinyasa, Jivamukti, Dharma, Anusara, Yin, and Embodied Flow. Renowned for his integrative and poetic approach, Carlos offers transformative spaces that deepen presence, regulate the nervous system & open pathways for holistic healing

Markandeya (Marcus Berg) is a Swedish musician, singer, and producer based in Colombia, known for his heart-centered, ethereal dub—where sultry vocals and deep bass meet hypnotic minimalism. Former frontman of Kultiration and co-creator of Minük, he’s been a key figure in both the Nordic roots and South American medicine music scenes. Grounded in over a decade of Vedic study, his music bridges acoustic warmth and electronic depth. With a new album on the way featuring Alex Serra and Horace Andy, Markandeya continues to weave sound into a space of prayer and presence.
