Oceanic Therapeutic Touch
w/ Carey Benenson
Tuesday to Thursday, August 26th-28th
02:00pm - 07:00pm

In this first-of-its-kind class, both beginners and experienced practitioners will explore gentle, hands-on techniques to support spinal alignment, organ release, and overall well-being. Guided by an internationally renowned Master Osteopath and Esalen®️-certified bodyworker, you’ll learn oceanic therapeutic massage, craniosacral holds, and oscillation work (circular motions of the joints) to help relieve stress, tension, and discomfort in the body and spine.

The practice also incorporates fluid, unwinding movements that support digestion, free the hips and knees, and encourage healthier posture. Participants are invited to observe their own transformation using a postural chart for before-and-after comparisons.

By the end of the class, you’ll feel more relaxed, aligned, and empowered with tools you can use with clients, family, or friends—unlocking deep release through the body’s 30 trillion cells. A perfect blend of anatomy, movement, and touch-based learning.

A certificate of participation will be provided upon completion of the immersion.
