“Body” focuses on discovering the dimensionality of embodiment from the Embodied Flow™ perspective, opening the door to the body’s innate wisdom. Using the lens of asana and free movement, “Body” will concentrate on foundational material for embodied movement and utilize experiential anatomy, kinesiology, and physiology as a technology for the landscape of yoga.

The Body module will provide a framework that will allow you to dive ever deeper into the exploration of Self.
