Paul Teodo is a highly experienced Senior Yoga Teacher (E-RYT 500), Meditation Teacher, and Sound Healer. After struggling with despair and anxiety in his early 20s, he discovered the transformative power of yoga and meditation, which became the foundation for him to become the teacher, father, and husband he is today.
Paul has taught thousands of classes across studios in Los Angeles, Chicago, Europe, Australia, and Bali, where he currently resides. He was named the #1 yoga teacher in Los Angeles by The Culture Trip before moving to Bali, where he is now a resident teacher at The Yoga Barn, teaching some of their most popular classes. In addition to his expertise in yoga and meditation, Paul has been playing guitar for over 25 years and specializes in using sound as a healing modality in his meditations.
He brings a unique blend of movement, sound, and stillness to his classes, creating a deeply transformative experience for his students. As a teacher, Paul is known for his warm and engaging style, making even the most complex concepts accessible to students of all levels.
