Embodied Flow: The Body is a Vehicle of Awakening
w/ Emily Kuser
Monday, June 02nd
9:30am - 1:30pm

This is the laboratory of free movement—where form meets formlessness, and the body becomes a site of deep listening.

Rooted in somatics, non-dual Tantra, and intuitive expression, this 3-hour immersion invites you into the body as a field of awareness. We explore cellular awareness as a gateway to presence—not through concepts, but through sensation, subtle rhythm, and inner perception.

Movement arises not from technique, but from the intelligence already within the body. We shift between guided structure and spacious exploration, on and off the mat, following what’s felt rather than what’s expected.

Music and sound are used to support and invoke experience—helping attune you to the body’s own pace, mood, and tone.

There is space for silence. There is space for stillness. There is space for movement. There is space for you.

This is an opportunity to meet yourself in a deeper, slower way. To listen without needing to fix. To move without needing to perform.

No prior experience is necessary. All bodies and levels are welcome.
