Embodied Flow: 300h Advanced Yoga & Somatics Teacher Training
w/ Tara Judelle
January 13th - February 16th, 2025

Our 300-hour advanced program has been designed to guide students through a deep and expansive journey of the Body-Mind as a means to experience the path of yoga. The Embodied Flow™ Advanced Yoga & Somatics Training is at the vanguard of yogic discovery and innovation creating one of the first schools of yoga to curate a laboratory of somatics, tantric non-dual philosophy, somatic psychology, experiential anatomy, self-contemplation, and free movement as technologies to awaken natural creative source energy through our body-mind instrument.

Each part consists of different components: immersions, trainings, and workshops that utilize both in-person and online elements in order to expand possibilities for different participants.  To receive an RYT-300 certificate that counts towards your RYT-500 you will need to complete all modules and their components.

Body focuses on discovering the dimensionality of embodiment from the Embodied Flow™ perspective, opening the door to the body’s innate wisdom. The Mind Module delves deeply into explorations of consciousness and the rich world of tantric meditation and somatic psychology and parts work. Expression is designed to enhance your individual authentic expression, confidence, and communication skills as a facilitator.
