This 100-hour Embodied Feminine Arts Training is designed specifically for women’s pelvic and reproductive health, offering empowering education on female anatomy, hormonal wellness, and feminine well-being.

The womb, pelvis, and belly hold some of our oldest somatic memories, offering keys for healing and transformation.

Pelvic Embodiment, Healing & Re-Awakening
We’ll explore empowering education on women’s physiology and psychology, emphasizing the importance of pelvic and womb alignment for overall well-being, hormonal, and reproductive health.

Yoga for Hormonal Health
Yoga therapy practices to calm the nervous system, improve blood and chi flow, and support hormonal balance, addressing issues such as PMS, menopause, and menstrual discomfort.

Therapeutic Pelvic Care & Yoga for the Pelvic Floor
We’ll teach practices for pelvic alignment and explore self-care techniques for prolapsed or retroverted uterus. Learn about pelvic, womb, and pelvic floor healing, including personal self-massage and pelvic health exercises.

Pelvic Embodiment & Yoni Mapping
Discover your internal pelvic landscape and engage in practices that release tension and stored emotions, restoring sensitivity, blood flow, and pelvic health.

Arvigo Therapy & Mayan Abdominal Massage
A self-care practice that realigns the uterus and restores balance, supporting fertility, menstrual health, digestive concerns, and releasing trauma. Includes belly massage, pelvic steaming, herbal remedies, and more.

Embodied Unwinding & Presencing
Through Embodied Unwinding, release tension stored in the fascia, allowing the body to access innate wisdom, shifting perceptions, and repatterning the nervous system.

Tina Nance has been practicing Yoga for over 25 years and teaching Yoga, Somatic Inquiry & Women’s Work around the globe since 2001, in classes, workshops, retreats and yoga teacher trainings. Tina is deeply passionate about creating opportunities for people of all backgrounds to connect directly and experientially with their body-mind and Spirit via the Embodied Arts. Tina is the founder of HELD : School of Embodied Self Integration & the somatic practices of Embodied Unwinding & Nervous System Rewire.

HELD runs 100hr Yoga Teacher Trainings in Yoga Therapy, Yin Yoga, Restorative Yoga & Nervous System Regulation, Embodied Trauma Integration, Embodied Mindfulness & Embodied Feminine Arts. Tina’s work centres within the understanding that many of the contractions of the body-mind are a manifestation of identifying with thoughts and behaviours that are misaligned with the truth of who we are.

All of Tina’s embodiment based programmes focus on consciously unravelling these holding patterns within our body-mind’s, in a myriad of ways, with guided transformative loving awareness. In cultivating the art of heart-centred embodied listening : deep presence, curiosity, directed awareness, compassionate holding and conscious breath within each asana, Tina’s work engages all eight limbs of yoga on the mat.

In connecting to their innate essence as loving presence students learn to contain, embrace & integrate all that arises, embodying the integration of their body, mind and spirit. Throughout the last 2 decades Tina specialised in Yin Yoga & Embodied Mindfulness, and Yoga Therapy for Women’s Wellness. More recently in the last 5years, in response to all that she has learnt directly in her recovery from her own battle & growth with trauma & nervous system dysfunction, she passionately expanded into Embodied Trauma Integration practices including Nervous System Regulation, IFS (Internal Family Systems), Somatic Experiencing, Trauma Informed Yoga Nidra & Trauma Informed Yoga.

Tina is a long time resident yoga teacher & teacher trainer at The Yoga Barn in Bali, Indonesia, teaching regular Classes, Workshops & 6x 100hr HELD Embodied Arts Teacher Trainings & a 500hour HELD Advanced Yoga Teacher Training programme. What’s the difference between a 200-hour and a 300-hour YTT program?
