Embody your inner light through the power of breath. As a practitioner of Embodied Breathwork, you will remember that you are your own healer, and guide others to do the same.
Healing begins when you remember: You are love. Like light breaking through layers of self-protection, the breath dissolves fear, tension, and stress, returning you home to love.
Embodied Breathwork is a gentle yet powerful form of Conscious Connected Breathing through the nose, expanding on Rebirthing Breathwork pioneered by Leonard Orr. Unlike mouth breathing techniques, this breath mimics REM sleep and newborn breathing, naturally supporting healing. It activates the parasympathetic nervous system, allowing the body to rest, restore, and repair on physical, emotional, and energetic levels.
A Training to Awaken Your Spirit:
Through this training, you will deeply connect with your psyche, intuition, and personal truth. You will develop the inner knowing that guides both your own healing and your ability to hold space for others. By metabolizing your own traumas, you will transform pain into wisdom and empower others to do the same.
This journey is about full acceptance, shedding masks, releasing limiting beliefs, and stepping into your authentic self. When you embody this truth, you create a ripple effect, spreading the medicine of empowerment throughout the world.
About the Training
This immersive live-in training in Bali, also available online, is a deep dive into your liberation and transformation. Through breath, you will move Prana, energy, life force, divinity, removing blocks and rewiring old patterns to create lasting change.
By the end, you will feel deeply connected to yourself, nature, and your purpose, stepping into a life of joy, peace, and freedom. Once certified, you will be equipped to share this profound work globally, raising human consciousness.

I am Karina Kalilah; Rebirthing Breathwork Practitioner and Coach; and I create Sacred Sound Medicine with my voice and crystal bowls. I am a Freedom Fighter, Love is my medicine, and I am a Lover of Life in all it’s highs and lows. Today I am able to share my story of healing through the modalities I offer that were the foundation to my healing process. I now share my most inspired and empowered self with you all. But it wasn’t always like this.
In 2016 Breathwork and Sound Healing came into my life as a total surprise. I had been in denial of a hearing condition I had for a number of years, and as synchronicity would have it, one week after I had discovered I had lost 50% of my hearing in both my ears and my hearing was deteriorating, a Sound Healer came to the yoga studio I was managing. During the session I realised I could feel the experience better than I could hear the sounds. “There is something in this” I thought to myself, and I was curious to know more.
The following week I had a private session which turned out to be a Rebirthing Breathwork session. This was a pivotal moment in my life. Breathwork along with Plant Medicines, EMDR, EFT Tapping, Theta Healing and Embodied Flow Yoga were the modalities that allowed me to get out of my own way; I let go of fear, neutralised trauma, released limiting belief systems, came into a sense of deep embodiment and I am on a continued journey to dive into my shadow self to bring it to the light to be transmuted. This is alchemy.
