Closing this circle with a Balinese Fire Purification Ceremony a sacred ritual deeply rooted in Balinese culture, where we will undergo spiritual cleansing and renewal through fire, guided by a priest. This ancient practice involves offerings, prayers, and the symbolic purification of body and spirit, aiming to restore harmony and balance within oneself and with the surrounding environment.

Day 1:

14:00 Registration and check-in: Arrive at our serene retreat location and complete the registration process to begin your transformative experience.

14:30 The art of Breathing Workshop: focuses on mastering techniques that harness the power of conscious respiration for relaxation, focus, and overall well-being.

18:30 Dinner: Farm to Table delicious and nourishing dinner, prepared with love and mindful ingredients.

19:30 Dhyana Yoga: Immerse yourself in the serenity of a Guided Meditation session to promote deep relaxation and inner stillness.

22:00 Silence: Embrace the tranquility of silence as you prepare for a restful night.

 

Day 2:

6:30 – Dhyana Yoga: Silence Meditation

7:30 – Tea Time & Fruits

8:00 – Morning Rise Nd Shine: Engage in a rejuvenating session of Asanas, pranayama (breathwork) to awaken your body, mind, and spirit.

10:00 – Breakfast: Enjoy a wholesome and energizing brunch to fuel your day.

11:30 – Ice bath, infrared sauna and breathwork: Elevate your consciousness, heal your body, change your life.

14:00 – Lunch: Savor a nourishing lunch, carefully crafted to provide sustenance and balance.

15:30 – Free time/Private Therapies: Indulge in some well-deserved free time, relax with a rejuvenating massage (scheduled separately) to restore your body and spirit.

17:00 – Transcendental Yoga Practice : a transformative path that merges deep meditation and mindful awareness to transcend ordinary states of consciousness.

18:30 – Dinner: Delight in another exquisite dinner, prepared to satisfy your senses and nourish your well-being.

19:30 – Dhyana Yoga: Immerse yourself in the serenity of a Healing Yoga Nidra session to promote deep relaxation and inner stillness.

21:00 – Silence: Embrace the peace of silence as you prepare for a restful night.

Anand’s journey with yoga began in childhood, shaping his path toward becoming a certified Yoga Acharya Master from Sivananda Ashram in 2017. His deep connection with conscious breathing, discovered at age 20, enhanced not only his spiritual journey but also his athletic pursuits. Anand’s mastery of breathwork propelled him to victory in numerous OCR events and earned him recognition as a national SUP champion in India. His lifelong affinity for the ocean and free diving inspired him to blend yoga with pranayama techniques. Through retreats, workshops, and teacher training programs, Anand shares his transformative approach, empowering others to unlock their potential and find harmony within themselves and the world.
