Jo Brown has been supporting women globally in the wellness industry for 34 years. She is a University qualified Sexologist, Yoga teacher and Somatic Counsellor.

Aussie-born, with a background in psychology, womb healing, yoga, meditation and  Australian Indigenous women’s lore, Jo is a female reproductive and sexual health specialist.

An educator and clinician at evidence-based wellness programs & trainings for over thirty-four years globally, Jo supports embodied transformation in others.

Studying psychology at Newcastle University, Jo gained her formative somatic education with esoteric physiotherapists, yoga, meditation & embodiment leaders including Tibetan Mahayana Lama Zopa Rinpoche, Tina Nance & Michaela Boehm.

Jo completed Postgraduate qualifications in Sexology from Curtin University Australia. She is currently undergoing her Masters in Sexological Practice, focusing on supporting the female reproductive lifespan and sexual health (including peri / menopause/ post menopause), postpartum care and fertility.

What will happen if I arrive late to the event?

We recommend that you arrive 15 minutes prior to the start time. If you arrive after the published start time, you may be denied access and your booking will not be refunded.

What should I do if the event is canceled?

If this event is canceled by The Yoga Barn prior to the start time, you are eligible for a refund of your ticket. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price. Please be aware that refunds may take up to 30 days.

I bought my tickets but I can’t attend the event. What should I do?

If you are unable to attend this event, you are eligible for a full refund of the ticket price if you contact us at least 24 hours in advance of the published start time. Contact must be made via email to [email protected] or in person at The Yoga Barn reception desk. We are not able to process refunds for any reason if you contact us less than 24 hours prior to the published start time. We do not cover reimbursement of any associated booking fees that exceed our published ticket price.
