Immerse Yourself in a Transformative 50-Hour Ashtanga Vinyasa Yoga Teacher Training
Sharath certified second-level Ashtanga teacher under Vijay Kumar, Mysore has meticulously developed this 50-hour module to provide an enriching, practical, and transformative experience. This training is thoughtfully crafted to challenge and foster the growth of individuals at all skill levels. A highly technical course to approach scientifically to develop a spiritual practice as a journey towards self discovery: Physically through Ashtanga practice, Mentally through Yoga Sutras, Energetically through evening workshops.
This course is for both for beginners and Advanced students as Sharath and Cecilia have experience in guiding first and second sequence of Ashtanga Vinyasa yoga. As they acknowledge yoga is lifelong journey, they will guide you to introduce/or add a new spark in your existing practice. Personalized attention will be given to build your self practice through Mysore style classes.

Sharath, from Mysore, India and a 2nd level Ashtanga teacher under Vijay Kumar in Mysore, India who draws from an extensive 17-year background in teaching, assisting, and training across diverse locations, primarily in India (Mysore, Goa, Rishikesh, Dharamshala) and various countries worldwide, including Mexico, Guatemala, Grand Cayman islands, Europe, Thailand, and Bali. A trained Capoeira teacher as well with 15 years of experience.
Cecilia Cambre, born and brought up in Mexico. With over 5 years of yoga experience in teaching, assisting also a authorised 1st level Ashtanga Teacher under Ashtanga Sadhana, Mysore. She has been sharing yoga in India, Mexico, Morocco, Guatemala, Bali, Thailand and Laos. 500hr in vinyasa Yoga Alliance india/ Bali & 200hrs Classical Hatha at the Sivananda’s Ashram Kerala, indiaala, Bali, Thailand and Laos. 500hr in vinyasa Yoga Alliance India/ Bali & 200hrs Classical Hatha at the Sivananda’s Ashram Kerala, India are other yoga experience.

Yes, this YTT is registered with 50 hours on continuing Education via Yoga Alliance.
No, this course is open to yoga teachers, midwives, doulas, pilates instructors, etc.- anyone interested in learning more about Prenatal & Postnatal Yoga. A knowledge of basic yoga asanas and their names is recommended.
Yes, if you join the 50- hour course in person, you can choose to “upgrade” to the 85-hour course with our school if you’d like to go further with Prenatal and Postnatal Yoga and have the RPYT status via Yoga Alliance. There is an upgrade fee and additional assignments to complete.
Yes, you will receive a certificate of completion including the Yoga Alliance logo, the YACEP logo, the course title and hours completed, and Lauren’s signature as the instructor.
