Day 1: Reset

The retreat begins with a warm welcome and time to settle into your peaceful surroundings. After check-in at 14:00 and a refreshing welcome drink, you’ll participate in the Opening Ceremony at 15:30, setting the intention for your journey ahead. At 16:00, unwind with a calming session of Restorative Yoga, helping you release tension and center yourself. As evening approaches, enjoy a delicious farm-to-table vegetarian dinner buffet at 18:00, filled with fresh, nourishing ingredients. At 19:00, connect with your inner self through a powerful Sacred Heart Meditation, allowing you to embrace the energy of love and compassion.

Day 2: Reconnect

The second day begins early at 7:00 with Meditation & Mantra Chanting, awakening your mind and spirit. At 8:00, enjoy tea and snacks before diving into a dynamic Yin Yang Flow session at 8:30, designed to balance your energy and harmonize your body. After a fulfilling farm-to-table vegetarian brunch at 10:00, you’ll partake in a spiritual Water Purification Ritual at the Waterfall with the Priest at 11:00, where the cleansing power of nature will renew your spirit.

In the afternoon, from 15:00, engage in Herb Foraging where you’ll explore the farm and gather medicinal herbs, followed by creating your own healing infusions. Then, at 16:30, stretch deeper into yourself with Somatic Yin Yoga, a meditative practice that taps into deep release. After another wholesome vegetarian farm-to-table vegetarian dinner buffet at 18:00, the day ends with a special Bonfire & Mantra Meditation at 19:00, where you’ll connect with the energy of the earth under the night sky.

Day 3: Revitalize

The final day begins at 7:00 with a serene session of Conscious Meditation, accompanied by the infusions you created the day before. After a light tea and snacks break at 8:00, energize your body with a **Hatha Yoga ** session at 8:30. At 10:00, indulge in a delicious farm-to-table vegetarian brunch as you prepare for the Closing Tea Ceremony at 11:00. This final ritual offers a moment of reflection and sharing, as you sip on organic blends from the garden and celebrate the personal growth and connections made during the retreat.

About the teacher
Anand & Laura

Anand’s journey with yoga began in childhood, shaping his path toward becoming a certified Yoga Acharya Master from Sivananda Ashram in 2017. His deep connection with conscious breathing, discovered at age 20, enhanced not only his spiritual journey but also his athletic pursuits. Anand’s mastery of breathwork propelled him to victory in numerous OCR events and earned him recognition as a national SUP champion in India. His lifelong affinity for the ocean and free diving inspired him to blend yoga with pranayama techniques. Through retreats, workshops, and teacher training programs, Anand shares his transformative approach, empowering others to unlock their potential and find harmony within themselves and the world.

 

Laura’s is an Architect turning into Yoga to promote the ancient Indian art of Yoga. Calm and peace will be the energy that she projects. She enjoys imparting yogic knowledge to people, making them understand the significance of yoga and how it influences the mind, body and soul. 

Her classes are dynamic and with a salty flow!

Laura is being on the path of yoga since 8 years, learning from different disciplines as Ashtanga,  Hatha, Kundalini and Anusara, founding her path on the traditional Hatha Yoga, she is being trained with a Swami from Bihar School of Yoga. Laura is specialist in Eye Yoga Therapy, from Sir Aurovindo Ashram.
