200hr Heart of Vinyasa
w/ Chris Walker
November 10th - December 1st, 2026

Step into a transformational journey with Chris Walker and immerse yourself in the Heart of Vinyasa, a practice rooted in intention, presence, and truth.

Vinyasa means to place or move with intention, and this training expands that meaning beyond the mat. You will learn to move, practice, teach, and live with purpose, creativity, and clarity guided by your heart. Through a deepened relationship with breath and the flow of prana, you will begin to trust your inner awareness and move away from imitation toward authentic expression. This is where you find your voice. This is where your practice becomes your own.

Rooted in the lineage of Krishnamacharya and influenced by modern vinyasa and power yoga, this training weaves together ancient philosophy, intelligent and creative sequencing, practical teaching methodology, and embodied personal practice. You will develop the skills to craft meaningful, intentional classes while learning to teach from lived experience rather than external form.

More than a teacher training, this is an invitation to live your yoga. To move through life with intention, presence, and connection. To lead from alignment between breath, body, and awareness. Whether your goal is to teach or to deepen your practice, this training will empower your voice, awaken your creativity, and reconnect you to the living heart of yoga.

What’s the difference between a 200-hour and a 300-hour YTT program?

A 200-hour program is typically considered the foundational training for new instructors. A 300-hour program is often for more advanced study and specialization.

What should I look for in a YTT program?

Consider factors like the program’s reputation, curriculum, location, instructors, and whether it aligns with your goals and interests.

What happens after YTT is completed?

After YTT, many instructors continue to deepen their practice, gain teaching experience, and pursue further education or specialized training.

Can I teach internationally with my YTT certification?

In many cases, yes, but requirements can vary by country. It’s essential to research the specific regulations and visa requirements.
