Vinyasa Flow is a dynamic style of yoga that seamlessly synchronizes breath with movement, creating a continuous and flowing sequence of poses. It emphasizes the connection between breath and postures, promoting flexibility, strength, and mindfulness. Vinyasa classes typically offer a creative and varied sequence, making each session a unique and invigorating experience.

Hatha Flow is a gentle and traditional form of yoga that focuses on the balance of physical postures and breath control. In contrast to Vinyasa, Hatha Flow involves holding poses for a longer duration, promoting stability, alignment, and relaxation. This practice aims to cultivate a sense of harmony between body and mind through deliberate and mindful movements.

Power Yoga is about freedom and discovery. This style of yoga was born from a traditional ashtanga-style practice resulting in sun salutation and vinyasa (a smooth way that asana/poses flow together) sequencing throughout the practice. Intended as a moving meditation, it focuses the mind to override self-imposed limitations through the flow of vinyasa, opening the body into deep poses and strengthening it for more advanced holds.

Yin yoga is a therapeutic style of yoga where asana/poses are practiced on or lower to the ground for gravity to help go deep in poses. Focus is placed on the breath as an important integration to allow the body to unwind and to release tension. Poses are held for longer duration than dynamic styles, inviting calming intentions to harmonize mind and body. This style offers healing benefits resting the body, creating space and promoting a freer flow of prana that aids injury recovery and self-healing.

Restorative yoga is a deeply relaxing practice that invites profound rest to our body, whilst cultivating a peaceful relationship with our mind. The long-held postures support the reversal of the stress response in the body, tonifying & nourishing the nervous system & nurturing the organs that play a key role in restoration & renewal. Each posture is supported with an abundance of props & cushions, so the body is able to completely let go & focus on the meditation of simply resting in effortless awareness & bathing in the vitality available in this & every present moment.

Beginner’s Yoga is for students who are newer to yoga and would like to learn more about basic breathing and alignment techniques while building a stronger practice. Class is slower pace than Vinyasa Flow or an all levels class. Students will be introduced to postures through verbal and visual instruction and will be given time to get in the proper position and alignment before moving on. This class is intended to be informative and fun while building a solid foundation in yoga asana. Come learn, play and even break a sweat in a relaxed and informative environment.

FlyHighYoga is a popular and new style of aerial yoga. It started in 2012 in Ubud, Bali with the development of the FlyHighYoga Belt.
This belt is a simple and unique tool for a gravity defying, creative, fun, precise and alignment-based style of yoga.
With the FlyHighYoga belt, you are able to do regular yoga poses (and other gravity defying moves) in a supported way.
This makes the progression of your practice easier, more precise, more intense and more fun!

Pilates has a unique approach to first isolating the muscles, then integrating.

see.d teaches the popular PiYo Live class and it is no joke. He encourages all levels to try it though. see.d’s teaching style is calm, clear, and encouraging – but you won’t be coddled. You’re going to get sweaty and, later, sore. It is why you are there! This is a high-intensity, low-impact class for all ages and will definitely challenge you.

A Brazilian art form, combining martial arts with dance, acrobatics and music. A perfect practice of strength and flexibility in flowing, connecting movements.

This approach to Qi Gong is in marrying the body awareness, sensitivity, power and structural alignment of the martial tradition, with health and greater spiritual openings.

The present-day tendency to live more in the head space makes the practice of qi gong even more valuable for body/mind connection. Other benefits include integration of the movements of the physical system into one harmonious unit, grounding into the earth energy, awareness and correction of old mind and trauma patterns, and safely building internal strength.

The mental aspect of this training is stepping into a state of calm, relaxation and stillness. Qi will move when the mind is still.

Sound healing is a therapeutic practice that utilizes the vibrations and frequencies of sound to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being. Often incorporating instruments like singing bowls, gongs, or tuning forks, this modality aims to induce a state of deep relaxation and balance the body’s energy. Participants often experience a profound sense of calm, reduced stress, and a heightened sense of awareness during and after sound healing sessions.

Kirtan is a form of devotional music that originated in India, deeply rooted in the traditions of Bhakti Yoga, the yoga of devotion. It involves the singing of mantras, hymns, and spiritual songs in a call-and-response style, often accompanied by musical instruments such as harmoniums, tablas, and cymbals.

Kirtan sessions create a communal experience, bringing people together to chant and sing, fostering a sense of unity, peace, and spiritual connection. The repetitive nature of the chants helps participants to enter a meditative state, facilitating an experience of inner calm and joy. Kirtan is not just about the music; it’s about opening the heart, connecting with the divine, and expressing devotion through song.
