PROGRAM POLICIES
– You, the participant, agree that:

Cancellation Refund Policy:

Cancellations made up to 60 days before your program date will receive a 100% refund.
Cancellations made between 30 and 7 days before your program date will receive a 50% refund.
Cancellations made less than 7 days before your program date will receive a 25% refund.

⁠No-Show Policy:

No refund will be provided if you fail to attend your session.

⁠Late Arrival:

If you arrive late for your body treatment, your session may be shortened.

⁠Pre-booking Assistance:

Once your booking is confirmed, our team will provide the schedule and assist you in pre-booking your classes.

⁠Body Treatment Reschedule:

Please inform us at least 4 hours before your scheduled treatment for any changes.

⁠Class Changes or Cancellations:

Please inform us at least 2 hours before your scheduled class for any changes or cancellations.

Payment:

This can be made securely online with Credit Card or local bank transfer. We will send you the online payment link soon after receiving your completed Booking Form.
