– You, the participant, agree that:
Booking Policy:
- For any cancelllations/reschedule made less than 24-hours prior to your retreat start date, a 50% cancellation fee will be applied. A no-show will result in full forfeiture of your payment.
- In the event that you arrive late for your spa treatment, please note that your session may be shortened.
- For class changes or cancellations, please inform us at least 1 hour prior to your scheduled classes. for any cancellations of the yoga/meditation class made less than 1 hour prior to the class start, that class will still be counted as used.
- Once your booking is confirmed, our team could help you to pre-book your class. But to change the class, you have to inform our main reception directly.

This can be made with Credit Card or local bank transfer – we will send you the online payment link soon after receiving your completed Booking Form.
