50h FlyHighYoga® Training Course Level 1: Building Foundation

Level 1 is where your FlyHighYoga journey begins. This training lays the groundwork for understanding alignment, safety, and the intelligent use of the FlyHighYoga belt, giving you the confidence to introduce aerial elements into your teaching from day one.

You will learn how the belt enhances traditional yoga practice and how to guide students safely in and out of aerial modifications of yoga asana. The focus is on building strong fundamentals that support both your personal practice and your ability to teach others responsibly.

Throughout the training, you will explore topics such as:

  • FlyHighYoga anatomy and biomechanics

  • Sequencing

  • Yogic philosophy

  • Safety and awareness

  • Fundamentals of making adjustments

  • The business and structure of FlyHighYoga teaching

By the end of Level 1, you will be equipped to teach the foundations of FlyHighYoga with confidence, awareness, and authentically.

The natural progression: Entering Level 2 from Level 1

For many individuals and teachers, Level 1 opens the door. Level 2 is where everything begins to integrate, where technique becomes intuition, and knowledge becomes confident leadership.

50h FlyHighYoga® Training Course Level 2: Refining your Teaching and Presence

Level 2 is designed for individuals or teachers who are ready to deepen their skills and step fully into their role as guides. Building on the foundation of Level 1, this advanced training focuses on hands-on adjustments, class management, and the subtle art of supporting students in real time.

Through partner work and live-class simulations, you will practice when and how to apply adjustments, how to observe bodies in motion, and how to support students with clarity, stability, and confidence.

This immersive process strengthens not only your technical ability, but also your presence as a teacher to help you lead with authority, care, and ease.

Who is level 2 for? Level 2 is for those who want more than techniques. It is for those who want to embody FlyHighYoga in the way they teach, move, and connect.

Why This Pathway Matters?

Taken together, Level 1 and Level 2 form a complete learning journey:

  • Level 1 builds your foundation and strengthens your practice.

  • Level 2 refines your mastery.

By completing both, you don’t just gain hours, you also develop the confidence, skill, and professional presence needed to guide others safely and meaningfully through the FlyHighYoga® experience.

José Luis Jiménez
Spain

A passionate innovator and lifelong student of movement, José Luis Jiménez is the founder of FlyHighYoga®️ and the creator of the therapeutic FlyHighYoga®️ Belt—a modern evolution inspired by the ancient Yoga Kurunta (puppet in Sanskrit) the work with ropes from the Iyengar tradition.

When he came to Bali Jose started his modern approach to Yoga with Daniel Aaron, his Mentor in the Vinyasa style, Philip Urso (Live Love Teach), Edward Clark (tripsichoreyoga), Simon Borg Olivier (Yoga Synergy) and Scott Davis. Jose was so inspired of this modern approach of yoga so he immediately fell in love with the different Vinyasa yoga styles. He saw that yoga can be fun and asanas can be done with more energetic and flowing way. This amazing experience make him a truly unique Vinyasa yoga teacher.
