OUR CLASSES
Sound Healing
At The Yoga Barn, sound is part of everyday life. With two to three sessions each day and twelve to fifteen each week, you’re invited to slow down, soften, and reconnect through sound.
Midday meditations offer a gentle reset using crystal bowls, gongs, and mantra. In the evenings, longer journeys like Inner Alchemy, Soul Refresh, and Sacred Sound Healing invite you to settle more deeply into rest, balance, and renewal.
Each session is a chance to listen, feel, and come back into harmony.

FAQ
Sound healing is a deeply relaxing experience using therapeutic sound and vibration — such as gongs, singing bowls, and voice — to support rest, awareness, and nervous system balance
No experience is needed. You simply lie down or sit comfortably and receive the sounds. The practice meets you exactly where you are.
You’ll be guided into stillness while live sound is played around you. Many people experience deep relaxation, emotional release, or a sense of spacious calm. There’s nothing you need to do — just listen.
Comfort is key. Bring anything that helps you feel at ease, such as a shawl or journal.
Mats, cushions, bolsters, blankets, and eye pillows are available.
Experiences vary, but many people feel calm, grounded, and clear. Others may feel energized or reflective. It’s common for the effects to continue unfolding after the session.
